REFUND POLICY
Any product that is damaged or the customer is not satisfied with, will be refunded within the first 10 days.
The shipping and where applicable, Customs Duty and Taxes for non-EU countries, are to be paid by the customer.

DAMAGES
Please inspect the KRAMA product upon receipt. If it is damaged or has a default, please send back the item within 10 days and the amount paid will be refunded. The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
REPLACEMENTS
If you wish to replace the damaged or defective item, you may contact us within the first 5 days of receipt.
Please explain on your email what seems to be the problem and attach a picture of the defective item.
Please send back within the first 10 working days of receipt. The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with the KRAMA product and you wish to return it, you can send back within 10 days.
Please carefully package the item with the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you choose an insured shipment method, and keep the the proof of the shipping as we are not liable for losses.
